By accessing the SLOTH website, participating in the token presale, staking, or using any associated smart contracts, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure set out below. If you do not agree, do not use this website or interact with the smart contracts.

SLOTH is a community-driven meme token on BNB Chain. Participation carries substantial risk, including but not limited to:

• Total or partial loss of funds due to market volatility, smart-contract bugs, or network failures
• Regulatory changes that may restrict or prohibit token holding or trading in your jurisdiction
• Liquidity risk — there is no guarantee of secondary-market liquidity after listing
• Staking APY is funded from a finite pre-allocated reward pool and is not a promise of future returns
• Wallet compromise, phishing attacks, or user error during transactions

Do not invest more than you can afford to lose entirely. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Purchases during the presale create an on-chain token entitlement stored in the smart contract. Tokens become claimable only after the presale is successfully finalized. If the on-chain soft cap is not met, eligible contributors may request a BNB refund directly through the smart contract. Network gas fees paid during any transaction are non-refundable. The project reserves no off-chain funds on behalf of users.

Nothing on this website, in our community channels, or in any communication from the SLOTH team constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether participation is suitable for your financial situation and whether it is lawful in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

Users are fully responsible for their own wallets, seed phrases, and private keys. Before signing any transaction, verify the network (BNB Chain), contract address, token amounts, and gas fees. The SLOTH team will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password. Any message requesting this information is a scam.

The SLOTH smart contracts have been audited by independent security firms. However, no audit eliminates all risk. Smart contracts are immutable once deployed — bugs discovered after deployment may not be fixable. The contracts feature 0% transfer tax, no minting function, and renounced ownership. Liquidity will be locked as described in the tokenomics documentation.

Do not participate if token sales or crypto assets are prohibited, restricted, or require licensing in your country or jurisdiction. Users subject to international sanctions, including but not limited to those imposed by the United States (OFAC), the European Union, or the United Nations, are prohibited from participating. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

The SLOTH name, logo, sloth character artwork, website design, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of the SLOTH project. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these materials without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing on social media in support of the project.

The SLOTH dApp is a static, client-side application. We do not require account registration, collect personal information, or store user data on our servers.

• Blockchain data: Wallet addresses and transaction history are publicly visible on BNB Chain. This is inherent to blockchain technology and is not controlled by us.
• Local storage: Language preferences, dismissed notices, and UI settings may be saved in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
• Third-party services: RPC providers (for blockchain communication), hosting providers, and CDN services may process standard connection metadata (such as IP addresses) under their own privacy policies.
• Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared.
• Cookies: The dApp does not use tracking cookies. Third-party services loaded on the page may set their own cookies according to their policies.

The SLOTH project, its team members, contributors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, smart contracts, or token participation. All interactions are at your own risk. The website and smart contracts are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We reserve the right to update these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or smart contracts after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
